Steps to Integrate Invoices with QuickBooks

  1. Login and access Invoices app from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on the “More” icon and select “Export” from the app header bar.
  3. Click on QuickBooks -> Online -> Settings -> Accounts from left navigational panel to connect accounting with QuickBooks.
  4. Click on “Connect to QuickBooks” action button.
  5. You will be taken to QuickBooks online, enter your QuickBooks credentials.
  6. Now, you must proceed with the verification process. All set now, the QuickBooks account has been synchronized with the Invoices App.
  7. Once completed, you’ll be redirected to Invoices App.
  8. Click on the “Sync from QuickBooks” button on the right corner.
  9. Now, select “Credit Account” and “Debit account” as per your requirement.
  10. After selecting the accounts, click on “Complete” to finish.
