QuickBooks Online accounting software is used as third-party integration for Apptivo Invoice. Hence online invoice payments are made easy through Apptivo QuickBooks. Let's follow the steps to integrate Invoices with QuickBooks.
Steps to Integrate Invoices with QuickBooks
- Login and access Invoices app from universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Export” from the app header bar.
- Click on QuickBooks -> Online -> Settings -> Accounts from left navigational panel to connect accounting with QuickBooks.
- Click on “Connect to QuickBooks” action button.
- You will be taken to QuickBooks online, enter your QuickBooks credentials.
- Now, you must proceed with the verification process. All set now, the QuickBooks account has been synchronized with the Invoices App.
- Once completed, you’ll be redirected to Invoices App.
- Click on the “Sync from QuickBooks” button on the right corner.
- Now, select “Credit Account” and “Debit account” as per your requirement.
- After selecting the accounts, click on “Complete” to finish.
