The Cases app of Apptivo enables you to perform a single action in multiple records at a time. This includes updating the values in the fields present on the overview page of a case. The Bulk Actions option acts as a catalyst to carry out this operation.
Steps to bulk update the cases
- Login and access the Cases app from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
- Select the cases in which you would like to update the values. Here, Type.
- On selecting multiple cases, the “Bulk Actions” button gets activated.
- Now, click on the “Update” -> “Case Information” -> “Type”.
- The Bulk Actions: Type popup will be displayed, where select the right type from the dropdown.
- Click on “Update”.
- You can now see that the type is updated in those selected cases successfully.
