How do I customize default tasks view?

Stay right on top of your deals and accounts by keeping your to-do list in Apptivo CRM. Tasks will allow you to relate the task to all the objects of the CRM and also assign priority to the tasks.

What do Views do?

The views will allow you to see the status of the tasks. There are three types of views in Apptivo CRM. They are list, calendar, and table. Switch on to any view type that suits your requirement.

Steps to customize default tasks view

  • Log in to your account and click on your account name.
    Profile Name
  • Click on "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on “Collaboration” from the left navigation panel.
  • Click on "Tasks" --> for more options.
  • You can view the following:
    • List view
    • Calendar view
    • Table view
  • You must switch on the "Toggle" button for default view to be shown in the home dashboard. For instance: Table view.

  • You will see the enabled view in the header bar of tasks as shown in the image below:
