What are Tags in CRM Apps?

A quick way to add a label to a leads to help you easily identify the leads is known as tagging. Apptivo Leads App allows the user to associate leads with relevant tags.

The main use of tagging is to describe certain attributes of a leads. There are two types of tags in Apptivo CRM

1. Global Tags
2. App Tags

Global tags as the name describes allows you to create tags as well as view them across all modules in Apptivo CRM apps.

While the App tag is specific to that application.
