How do I Customize Shipping Parameters in Orders App?

Steps to Customize Shipping Parameters

1. Log in and access Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on "More ->Settings" icon located at the App header bar.
   
3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on "Orders -> Shipping Parameters" from the left navigation panel.
   
4. You can view the following sections:
1. Shipping Parameters
   It control entry for special shipping services, such as combining shipping costs for multiple items, or defining a dollar value for when insurance or a recipient signature are required for delivery.
• Allow separate package for items
• Shipping Insurance - Provide amount for shipping insurance
• Signature threshold - Provide amount for signature threshold
• UOM - Select unit of measurement
  
2. Special Handling Limits
   This allows you to define when special handling rates will apply. This is common for unusually large objects, which have additional related costs when shipping. It can be "Category-based" and "Calculated".
• Category Based
  Special Item Category - You can include Item category in to it.
  Message for item - Provide a message for item included.
   
• Calculated
  Weight - Provide weight for items
  Girth - Provide girth inches.
   
3. Click on  "Update" to complete.
