How do I Customize Credit Note Number Generation?

Credit Note numbering helps in generating the credit note numbers automatically. On enabling the toggle you can choose your own prefix and starting number.

Steps to Customize Credit Note Number

1. Log in and access Credit Notes App from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More -> Settings” button located at the App header bar.
   
3. You will be redirected to the Settings Page. Click on "Credit Notes -> Numbering" from the Left Navigation panel.
4. Enable or disable the toggle to automatically generate the number while creating a credit note. 
   
5. In the case of enabling the toggle to auto-generate numbers, specify:
• Prefix - Prefix to be added with credit note numbers.
• Starts with – Starting number for the Credit note.
  
  
6. Changes will be updated automatically.
