Default 360 App is a prominent feature of Apptivo CRM. It allows the user a bird's eye view of his homepage. When you configure the 360 degrees App, it allows you to select an app you would like to show when viewing 360 tabs on your contacts.
Steps to Customize Default 360 App
- Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More(...)" icon and select “Settings”.
- Click on “Views” from the "Customize App" drop-down in the left navigation panel.
- You can view the "Default 360 App"Click on the “App” drop-down and select your preferred App as the default app.
- Here, the Estimates App is chosen.
- The changes are saved automatically.
- Go to the Contacts Overview page.
- Switch to the 360- degree tab. You can see the default app is the Estimates App.
