Steps to Send Email to Contacts
- Log in and access the Contacts app from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Select the "List" drop-down and then click on “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
- You can view all contacts in the dashboard.
- Click on the "More Details" icon to overview information.
- Click on the “Emails” tab on the overview page.
- You can View the "Compose" button that emerges, which provides subject (Mandatory), message, and internal notes if needed.
- Enter the recipient id and subject along with the message content.
- Click on the “Send” button to complete.
