Where do I find views shared by others in Customers App?

Views are created with a selected set of fields of the customer records for the sake of analyses or to create target lists. You must be aware of the fact that the views can be saved.  Apptivo CRM allows you to share the views you have created with other users. The following are the steps to view shared views. Lets go through the same.

First, you need to configure “Views” settings in order to display “Shared Views” in Customers App home dashboard.

Steps to View Shared Views

1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “Shared Views” drop down from left navigation panel.
    
3. The menu will expand to show a list of all shared views (of your Employees). 
4. Click a shared view to view shared customers..
