How do I reject a position in the Recruitment app?

  • Log in and access the Recruitment app from your universal navigation menu bar.
Global Header

  • Click on the More Details button of the recruitment that has to be canceled.
Apptivo

  • In the Overview page, click on the “Cancel” button found at the top left corner of the page.
Overview

  • You can view Warning pop up for confirmation, click on the “Yes” button to complete.
Warning Message

  • Once confirmed, the status will change as canceled.
Status Changed
