How do I customize pre-defined periods in timesheets app?

Using pre-defined periods, you can create a timesheet. Creating a timesheet with a pre-defined period allows you to fetch the start date and end date in logging hours for tasks.

Customize Pre-defined Periods

  • Log in and access the Timesheets App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" from the app header bar.
  • Select "Timesheet Periods" under "Timesheets" located in the left navigation panel.
Timesheet Period
  • Now, the timesheet periods page will be displayed as shown.
  • Select the Pre-defined Periods and click on the "Create" button.
Select Option
  • Specify the following details:
  • Name - Name of the period.
  • Start Date - Start date of the timesheet.
  • End Date - End date of the timesheet.
Select Day
  • By default, the created pre-defined timesheet will be in "On" status.
  • You can use the "Off" button to change the status if needed.
  • You can view the created pre-defined Timesheet period while creating a new timesheet.
