How do I generate work orders list by customer?

Work Orders App has many default reports. You can generate a detailed list of work orders by customers using the Work Orders By Customer option in reports.

Steps to Generate Work Order List by Customer

  • Login and access the Work Orders from the universal menu.
  • Click on the Reports on the App header.

  • Click on the Work Orders by Customer on the left panel.
Reports

  • Click on the search icon on the Customer Name.

  • Search and select the customer from the list.
Search and Select

  • Select the Work Orders Reported date, Created date, or Modified Date.
  • Enter the Start and End date of the Work Orders.
  • Then, click on the View Report.
Work order date

  • You can view the Work Orders that are created between the selected dates.
  • Click on the Export button to export the reports in Excel.
View Report

  • Click on the Export button and selects the .xls.
  • By selecting the All Fields, you can export the orders with all the Fields in the Work Orders app.
Export

  • You can view all the Fields in the Downloaded excel.
All Fileds

  • By Selecting the All Fields with Table’s, you can export the orders with the Table of items or services in the excel sheet.
All Filelds with table

  • You can view the list of Items and Services of the Work Orders in the downloaded excel file.
Downloaded

  • By selecting the Current view, you will get the exported report with the currently displayed list of columns in the Excel Sheet.
Current View

  • You can only view the current list of columns in the downloaded excel file.
