How do I view my team information in Apptivo?

Teams App of Apptivo is a smart tool that allows you to manage your team effectively. Once a team is added to Apptivo, you can actively send emails to the Team’s email instead of sending emails to individual email addresses. This saves your team and ensures everyone is included. You can view the team information easily from the Teams App.

Tristan is the manager of the Support Team. One of his team members reported that he hasn’t received the group email. He quickly navigates to the Teams App and checks if the Employee is added to his team.

Steps to view a Team Information

• Log in and access Teams App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click the Show All button in the app dashboard.

• You can view all the teams on the dashboard. Click on the More Details icon for the team that has to be viewed.
• The selected team’s Overview page appears.

• Here, you can see all the information related to the team including the employee details.
