How do I configure purchase orders app general settings?

In the Purchase Orders App, for every purchase order, the number will be generated for reference purposes. This number can be manually recorded or automatically generated. You can also set the default address, this address would be pre-populated on the PO creation page.

Steps to customize Purchase orders General settings

  • Log in and access the Purchase Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the "More -> Settings" icon from the app header bar.

  • Click on "General" from the left navigation panel. The general configurations option includes the below-listed options.


Collaboration settings allow you to show or hide the common activities tab in the Purchase Order view dashboard. You can also set privileges to employees to show or hide.
