How do I create my team at runtime while creating objects such as contact, customer etc.,?

Create a new team from “Assigned To” field

You can also create the team from assigned to field from different apps. For example: if you create the new contact in the Contacts app then you can assign the employee or team to the contact in the Assigned to field from here you can create the new team.

Steps to create a new team

1. Click on "Search" icon in "Assigned To" field.
2. Choose "Team" option, and click on "New" button.
   
   
3. Enter the Team name, description and team email address.
   
   
4. Click on "Add Employee" button to add employees. You can also select multiple employees at a time.
   
   
5. Click on "Add" button to add selected employees.
6. Click on "Save" button to save the created team.
7. You can view the created team in "Assigned To" field.
