The Distributors App of Apptivo allows you to search for the desired records using the Simple Search and Advanced Search option. While Simple Search performs a search over all the fields in the records, Advanced Search performs a search only in the selected fields.
Steps to perform Simple Search
- In the Distributors App of Apptivo, the Search bar is located at the top of the application. Add the search text and select the Simple Search icon located at the top right corner.
- The records that have the mentioned keyword will be listed.
- On selecting the More Details icon, you will be redirected to the overview page.
Steps to perform Advanced Search
- In the Search bar located at the top of the Distributors application, select the Advanced Search icon.
- The Advanced Search side panel appears. Add the value in the desired field based on which the search has to be performed.
- On clicking the search icon, the records that have the value in the selected field alone will be listed.
- On selecting the More Details icon, you will be redirected to the overview page.
