How do I duplicate a purchase order?

Purchase Orders App allows you to reuse the existing purchase order’s details by duplicating a purchase order. Instead of creating a new purchase order with the same supplier information and item details. you can duplicate the existing one.
Steps to Duplicate a Purchase Order
- Log in and access the Purchase Orders App from your universal navigation menu.
- Create a new purchase order or select an existing purchase order. For instance, we have to select an existing purchase order.
- Click on the Duplicate button to duplicate the purchase order information.
- All the information will be pre-populated. You can edit the following:
- PO# - This is an auto-generated or manually entered number to identify the purchase order.
- PO Date – Purchase order created date. It will be pre-populated.
- Need by Date – Need by date.
- Buyer – The name of an employee will be pre-populated.
- Status – Status of the purchase order. This will be pre-populated.
- Supplier and Item information will be pre-populated.
- You can add items by clicking the Add Items button.
- Click on the Create button to complete.
- You can view the created purchase order as shown in the image below:
