How do I Add Item of Interest in Leads?

The “Items of Interest” feature is designed for companies that are selling a physical product. This tab will let you add items from your product database, in which the lead/opportunity is interested in buying. This feature is useful because it helps determine what the potential value of an opportunity is, thus helping you prioritize better and make sure you focus on the right sales activities.
Steps to Add Item of Interest
To add an item of interest, you must first create an Item using the Items App. Once you have an item in your product database, go to Leads App to add items to leads.
- Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Create a new lead or select an existing lead to add items.
- In the overview page of a lead, click on the “Items” tab.
- Click on the “Add” button to add items.
- Enter the quantity for items and select using checkboxes.
- Click on the “Add” button to add the selected items.
