How do I Include Multi-currency for my Invoice?

You need to Configure “Currencies” in Business Settings in order to enable multi currency option for your Invoices.

Steps to include Multi Currency in Invoices App

  1. Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. You can either create a new invoice or select an existing invoice from the "Show All" option to view the Currency field.
  3. We will start by creating new invoice. Click on "Create" button from left navigation panel, you would view the currency field on the creation page.
  4. Click on "Currency" drop down to choose your preferred country currency.
  5. You can choose any of your created currency which gets reflected when you send an invoice to your customers.

By default, all actions within app will use the default currency of your territory. But our multi-currency feature allows you to interact with businesses in other regions by switching certain apps to use their currency. You can change to different currencies based on your customer's location.
