How do I view My Team's Items?

You can view items assigned to your teams under the "By Queue" section of your home page. You can quickly view the items to perform any action.

Steps to view My Team Items

• Log in and access Items App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on "By Queue" and select "My Teams" from the left navigation panel to see the available teams.

• Select a team to view a list of items assigned to that team.

• On clicking the More Details icon of an item, you will be redirected to the overview page of the item.
