How do I link candidates to an existing position?

The Recruitment App supports you in linking the jobs with the Candidates. This allows you to offer or reject the candidates. According to the actions performed here it will be integrated into the Candidates app. The candidate status will be updated.
Steps to Link candidates to an existing job:
- Log in and access the Recruitment App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Create a new position or select an existing position.
- Click on the Candidates tab next to the Overview tab.
- You can view the three sections based on the candidates.
Candidate List:
It specifies the list of candidates who applied for the positions. The information about the candidate can be tracked and managed in the Candidates app. If you need to add the candidate to the list, follow the steps below.
- Click on the Add button to add candidates.
- Search and select the applied candidates.
- You can view the added candidates as shown in the image below:
- In case, you need to release the offer to one or multiple candidates. Select the candidate through the checkbox and click on the Offer button to offer a position for a candidate.
- Use the Reject button to reject a candidate.
- The candidates will be moved automatically to their respective statuses as shown below. Here, you can view the candidates who get rejected would be under rejected candidates.
