How do I View Cases by Customer Report?

The customer case reports enable you to filter cases created for a particular customer. The customized case report acquires case number, a summary of the case, the customer involved in that case, the status of the case, priority given to the case, the type of the case, the case assigned to an employee name, Need By Date, and Date Resolved.
Steps to View Cases by Customers
- Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "Reports" icon located at the app header bar.
- Click on "General Reports" and select "Cases by Customer" from the left navigation panel.
- Provide the following information:
- Customer Name - Name of the customer.
- Start Date - Start date.
- End Date - End date.
- Click on the "View Report" button to view the report in a dashboard.
- Click on the "Export" button to download the report in XLS. You can download either All Fields or Current View.
- On selecting All Fields, you can generate a report with all the fields available in the Cases App.
- On selecting Current View, you can generate a report with only the fields available on the Reports page.
