How do I Customize Left Panel Views in Work Orders App?

Views are nothing but filters. They can be accessed in the left navigation menu. Views can be configured and set as per your requirements in the left navigation bar of the Work Orders dashboard.

Lets quickly go through the steps to configure view settings in this app

Steps to Configure View Settings

  • Log in and access the Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located at the app header bar.
Work Orders

  • Click on "Views" under the "Customize App" from the left navigation panel.

  • You can view the following menu types:
    • Show All
    • By Queue
    • Dispatch Calendar
    • By Status
    • By Tag
    • My Views
    • Shared Views
  • You can enable/disable views according to your needs, by using the Toggle.
  • You can view the All Views and Enabled Views tab.
  • In the Enabled views, you can view all the enabled views.
Left Panel views

  • In the All Views tab, you can view all views inclusive of disabled views.
  • Select at least one "Menu View" to be displayed. If not, a warning popup will appear.
Menu View

  • Now, slide the Toggle OFF for the “By Queue Views”.
  • The changes made will be auto-saved.
View Updated

  • You will now see the enabled views in the left panel of the Work Orders App home page.
