How to get a complete 360 Degree View of all the Cases, Invoices, Contacts, etc. to be viewed by a customer?

Yes, you can create Contacts, Leads, Invoice, Cases, Opportunities, Orders, Work Orders, Estimates, and Projects from the Customers App.

When you create these objects it will give you a 360 view of everything that’s been associated with that customer. From here, you can create objects for the customer.

If you want to delete the record of any particular customer, you can also remove the association. These modifications will be reflected in the concerned apps also.

Steps to View 360 Degree

  • Log in and access Customers App from the universal navigation menu bar.
  • Select the "Lists" dropdown. Click on "Show All" from the left navigation panel.

  • You can view all customers in the dashboard. Click on the "More Details" icon to overview customer information.

  • Navigate to the “360 Degree” tab from the customer overview page.
  • You will then see a dropdown of all associated apps with this customer. You can also directly create an object. The associated records will be listed once an app is selected from the dropdown.
