How do I search for sales receipts?

Sales Receipts App allows you to perform Global, Simple and Advanced searches. 

Global Search

Global Search allows you to search for an object record or an activity across all your apps in Apptivo. Based on the given keywords, the global search will retrieve all the records from all the applications as shown below.

Simple Search

Simple Search allows you to search using a single search field located in the header bar.

Simple search takes one search string as an input and searches across several fields including:

• Sales Receipt Number - This is an auto generated or manually entered number to identify the sales Receipt.
• Customer Name – Name of the customer.

Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:

Advanced search

Advanced search allows you to search using multiple search fields. You access advanced search by clicking the down arrow in the simple search field in the header bar.

Advanced Search in Sales Receipts app allows you to search using the fields shown below:

• Customer – Name of the customer.
• Sales Receipt # – This is an auto generated or manually entered number to identify the Sales Receipt.
• Sales Receipt’s Start and End date – Duration of the sales receipts.
• Sales Rep – Sales Rep of that particular Sales Receipts.
• Contact Information- Address and Contact of the Sales Receipts.
• Additional information - Additional information of the Sales Receipts.
• Summary Section - Summary section of the Sales Receipts

Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
