Sales Receipts from Apptivo helps you create a confirmation receipt for your orders with the list of items or services. If more Sales Receipts are occupied in your dashboard, you can make those in Sales Receipts Archive. You will no longer view those Sales Receipts under any tab. But if you search that Sales Receipts using the number you will be able to find that.
Steps to archive a sales receipt
- Log in and access the Sales Receipts App from your universal navigation menu.
- You can view all sales receipts on the dashboard.
- Select the sales receipt by enabling the checkbox.
- By selecting the list, the Bulk Action button will get active.
- Click on the Bulk Action and select the“Archive”.
- You can view a warning popup for confirmation to archive the selected sales receipts. Click on the “Yes” button to complete.
- The selected Sales Receipts will get Archived.
