How to Print PDF Document in Invoice App?

Apptivo allows you to print Invoice using the Print/Web Layout feature, which allows you to create and print Invoice layouts in PDF format. Within the application, you can access a detailed overview of your created Invoice. To produce a hard copy of an Invoice in the form of a PDF document, simply utilize the "Print PDF" option available on the overview page.

Steps to Print an Invoice

• Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu.

• Create a new Invoice or select an existing one that you wish to print in PDF format.

• Click on More Details(...) to access the Invoice overview.

• View the Print PDF button on the Invoice overview page.

• You can either choose the “Print PDF” Option to “print with attachment” or “Print without attachment”.

• Print with attachment: This option enables you to download the Invoice in a zip file, which includes the PDF document and any associated attachments.

• Print without attachment: This option allows you to directly download the Invoice record as a PDF document.
