How to Print PDF document in Opportunities App?

Apptivo allows you to print opportunities using the Print/Web Layout feature, which allows you to create and print opportunity layouts in PDF format. Within the application, you can access a detailed overview of your created opportunities. To produce a hard copy of an Opportunity in the form of a PDF document, simply utilize the "Print PDF" option available on the overview page.

Steps to Print an Opportunity

• Log in and access Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu.

• Create a new Opportunity or select an existing one that you wish to print in PDF format.

• Click on More Details(...) to access the Opportunity overview.

• View the Print PDF button on the Opportunity overview page.

• You can either choose the “Print PDF” Option to “print with attachment” or “Print without attachment”.

• Print with attachment: This option enables you to download the Opportunity in a zip file, which includes the PDF document and any relevant attachments at the field level.

• Print without attachment: This option allows you to directly download the Opportunity record as a PDF document.

• Your Opportunity PDF will be downloaded as shown in the image below:

Note:

• The PDF document download includes only the attachments linked to fields, not those added to the documents tab of the opportunities.
