How to disable two-factor authentication in Office 365 and authenticate it with Apptivo?

Apptivo allows you to authenticate with office 365 where you can sync your data with apptivo. You can also have two-factor authentication in apptivo which helps you to maintain your account security.
Steps to disable two-factor authentication:
- Log in to your Outlook account and click on the App launcher icon.
- On the apps page, click on Admin.
- Click on the Users drop-down and select Active Users.
- On the Active Users page, select the user name by using the check box, by selecting the user name, a multi-factor authentication option is available.
- Click on the Multi-factor authentication, you will be redirected to the multi-factor authentication page, there select the user by using the check box.
- When selecting the user, the Disable option will appear, and click on the Disable option to disable the two factor authentication.
- You will get the confirmation message, click on yes to disable two factor authentication.
- Once the changes are updated, select the close option.
Steps to enable two factor authentication with Apptivo:
- Log in to your Apptivo account.
- Click on the User Menu and select Business Settings.
- From the Business Settings, click on the Two Factor Authentication under the General Settings.
- Enable the Toggle.
- By enabling the toggle, you will receive the verification code to the registered email id while logging into the Apptivo account through Windows.
- Now, when you are trying to log in, you will be asking for the verification codes that are sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the verification code and click on the Verify button while logging in through your Window device.
- Your account will be authenticated with Two Factor Authentication.
