How does the Association with Teams App work in Email?

Associate Email with the Teams App. When you receive an email to the team's email ID or send an email from the Team email ID, then the email will be available on the team's app email tab and also available for the employees of the team in the email. With the help of this feature, every team member could keep track of all the emails related to their team. Now, let’s see how it works!

Let’s consider, I received an email from one of my customers associated with my team’s common mail ID.

Steps to Follow:

• The first step is having a team with employees and a common mail ID for the team alone as shown below.

• For instance, let’s consider you’ve sent an email to your customer and Now received a reply email from them to your team mail ID.

• Once you receive the mail, the email will be available on the Team’s overview page Email tab.

• And also available, on the Employees Email tab who belongs to the mentioned team.
