Miscellaneous Receipts are the receipts of the inventories you’ve received without any purchase order or other records. Customizing collaboration in the Miscellaneous Receipts app allows you to create various customization like “Show or Hide” and "collaboration security".
Steps to Customize Collaboration:
- Log in and access the Miscellaneous Receipts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings from the app header.
- On the Settings page, go to the General → Collaboration from the left navigation panel.
- By default, all the associated attributes will be Toggle On.
- You can also edit the name of the collaboration tools by clicking on the Edit icon.
- Now, disable the Follow Ups toggle to hide the Follow Ups tab on the distributor overview page.
- You can’t view the Follow Ups tab on the record’s overview page.
