How do I add a help text for a field in the Apptivo Mobile App?

Help texts assist you in explaining how to use the fields accessible on the create/overview page. This will make it easier for staff to fill out the data while capturing the information. This feature is available in all apps, allowing you to easily personalize and fill up the records. As you are well aware, apptivo may be accessed through web and mobile versions. You can configure the help text on the web, and the changes will be reflected on your mobile device.
Here, I would like to add the help text for one of the fields in the Estimates app.
Steps to configure Help Text:
- Log in and access the Estimates App from the universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings from the App header.
- On the settings page, go to Customize App → Master layout.
- Click on the field that you like to add the help text. You’ll be redirected to the Inspector tab.
- Scroll down to the Help Properties section and enable the Help Text toggle and add the text, you would like to convey to your employees.
- Here, I would like to tell my employees to add an expiration date for the estimate.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Now, go to Create/Overview page of an estimate from your android device. You can see the help text icon beside the Expiration Date field.
- By clicking on the help text icon, you can see the added help text.
