How to View the Deleted Connections in the Xinnect App?

The Xinnect app of Apptivo allows you to make connections with your customers. You can share the portals with your customers and keep in contact with your businesses. There are two types of connections, Customer Connections, and Supplier Connections, you can also delete them as per your business requirements.

Steps to delete the connections:

  • Log in and access the Xinnect App from the universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the Customer Connections, and select All.

  • Now you can see the lists of all the customer connections that are available in your business.
  • Now select the record of the customer records that you want to delete and click on the View(...) details.

  • Click on the Delete button and the connection will be deleted.

  • By clicking on the delete button, you will get a confirmation message, click on Yes.

  • Now the connection will be available under the deleted connections as shown below.
