How to add Package Name and Fingerprint to integrate Square with Apptivo?

Package Name is a unique name that identifies the app on the device and fingerprint is a code that is like a signing certificate in order to find your app to integrate with other apps. Apptivo also has a URL schemes/package name and bundle IDs/fingerprint code for all the Android and iOS users which allows you to integrate with the Square app.

Steps to add Package Name and Fingerprint:

• Sign in to your Square account.

Note: One should maintain the developer dashboard in the Square to integrate with apptivo.

• After creating the account, you can create your own sales platform.

• After creating your application, click on the Open button as shown below.

• Go to Point of Sale API on the left panel and click on the Production tab.

Android:

• To complete the integration with Square, Android users need to scroll down to the Android section, and click on the Add new Android Package.

• There, enter the Package Name and Fingerprint as given below:

• Package Name: com.apptivo.apptivobase

• Fingerprint: EB:25:86:94:59:52:5C:84:D2:08:7A:86:67:56:0A:97:98:BE:A0:CC

• Click on the Save button to save the changes.

iOS:

• To complete the integration with Square, iOS users need to scroll down to the iOS section and fill out the provided information.

• Enter the URL Schemes and bundle IDS as given below:

• iOS app URL schemes: apptivosquare

• iOS app bundle IDs: com.apptivo.apptivobase

• Click on the Save button to save the changes.
