How to generate a report for the Insurance tracker by Insurance type?

Apptivo's Insurance Tracker app is used to add and manage your insurance and get it renewed on time. Reports help you to analyze the data in a piece of clear information about it.

Steps to generate a report:

  • Login and access the Insurance Tracker App from the universal menu.
  • Click on the Reports on the App header.
  • Under the Reports, you can view the Insurance Tracker by Insurance Type which is under the General dropdown.
  • On the Insurance Tracker List, enter the following information:
    • Type: Select the insurance type of the insurance.
    • Start Date: Start date of the insurance.
    • End Date: End date of the insurance.
  • For instance, here I’m selecting the insurance type “General”.
  • Click on the View Report button.

  • The reports will be generated as shown below.

  • You can also export the reports in .XLS format by clicking on the Export button.
  • You can view the report in two ways :
    • All Fields: Displays all the fields present in the Target list.
    • Current View: Displays only the fields present in the Current Layout.
  • The report of All Fields option. Here, you can view all the fields present in this list in the XLS format.
