How to bulk export the candidate records in the Candidates App?

Multiple candidate records can be exported in XLS format utilizing the Bulk action feature. The Export feature in the Apptivo Apps allows you to export the records and take a backup of all data into a spreadsheet, in just a few simple steps.

You can perform three types of Data Export:

  • All Fields - This exports all the fields in the App.
  • All Fields with Table - This exports all the fields in the App along with Custom table data.
  • Current View - This exports the fields present in the current view alone.

Steps to bulk export the Candidate records:

  • In the Candidates App of Apptivo, select the candidates' records to be exported.

  • Once the cases are selected, the Bulk Actions button will be activated. Click on it and select Export → .xls.

Note: If you prefer “With Attachment” then the sheet will get downloaded with the document that is attached with the PDF like Resume in a zip file.
  • On selecting All Fields, the data present in all the fields of your candidate records’ overview page will be exported.
Candidates- Ex (All Fields)
  • On selecting All Fields With Table, the data present in all the fields and in the tables of your candidate records’ overview page will be exported.
Candidtes- Ex (Fields with tables)
  • On selecting Current View, The data present in the list layout only will be exported.

Note: You can only export a maximum of 5000 records from Apptivo to Excel because.xls can only export a certain number of entries (5000).
