How to create a new payment method in the Customer Payments app?

The Customer Payments app allows you to record all the payments that are received from the customers in Apptivo. Here, you can record the payments in different payment methods. Let’s go through the steps to create a new payment method in the Customer Payments app.
Steps to create a payment method
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Customer Payments app. Here, select More → Settings from the App Header.
- On the Settings page, go to Payments → Payment Methods from the left navigation panel.
- Select the Create button on the Payment Methods page to create a new payment method.
- The Create Payment Method window comes into view. Here, add a name, description, and logo for the payment method.
- On selecting Create, a new payment method is added to the list.
- The created payment method will be listed while creating or editing the customer payments.
