How to configure new views in the Contact Center app?

The Contact Center App of Apptivo is a customizable platform to manage all your calls and text messages. To make your navigation across the application easier, you can also create new views and filter out the data.
Steps to create new views
- Connect to your Apptivo account and go to the Contact Center app. Select Settings from the App Header. Here, go to Customize App → Views.
- On the Views page, select Create to create a new view.
- In the Create View side panel, add a Title and Description for the view. Also, select a Privilege to control the accessibility.
- Keep the Display toggle enabled to keep it active.
- In the Criteria section, determine the condition based on which the records should be filtered. Select Create to create a new view.
- A new view is created.
- The created view will be available in the Lists section of the home page in your Contact Center app.
