The Leads app of Apptivo enables you to create views based on your required criteria and save them. Furthermore, you can also share a created view with others if needed.
Steps to create a view
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Leads app from the universal navigation menu bar. Now, click on the “+” icon in the “My Views” from the left navigation panel.
- The Create View side panel will come into view. Here, you can determine the attributes based on which this new view should pull the records. Click on the search icon to list the records according to your configuration.
- The search results will be listed. Click on the Save as View button to create a view with the search results.
- The Save as View popup will appear where you can add a name for the view.
- You can also share your view by enabling the toggle for Share with other users.
- On selecting the Save button, you can view the created view listed in the My Views section of your Leads app.
- Here, you can edit or delete the view as per the business purpose.
