How to Enable the Embedded Template in Contracts App?

The Contracts app of Apptivo allows the users to make contracts with their business partners and customers. Contracts App of Apptivo allows you to create an email template that helps you send your contract to partners without having to prepare them every time. The Contracts app will help you with your business without having to reach your partners physically every time. You can handle your business online with ease.
Embedded Templates are a great source to show the customers about the relevant features of their purchases, contracts, and visualizations. The Contracts app of Apptivo allows users to send an email with the details about their contract just by enabling the feature “Embedded Template” where the details of the contract have been embedded in the Email as a document and based on the template you choose that suits your business need.
Steps to Enable the Embedded Template in Contracts App:
- Log in to your Apptivo account.
- Click on the More (...) icon and select Settings.
- Select General → Email from the left navigation panel.
- Click on Email Templates from the dropdown menu.
- Select the template that suits your need by clicking on the Edit button under the Actions.
- You will be directed to the update page, to make the changes you need.
- Scroll down to view the Attach embedded Template and the Attach PDF Toggle buttons.
- Here, You can enable or disable the embedded Template by using the Toggle button.
- Click on the Update button.
- The Email Template will get updated.
- Now go to the Contracts app Home Page and select the contract to be sent to the customer.
- On the contract Overview page, you will see the send button.
- Click on the Send button
- The Compose email will get open, there you can see the embedded template will be available.
- At the same time, the contract PDF will be available as an attachment as that toggle is also enabled.
- Click on the Send button to complete the action.
- If the embedded Template toggle is disabled, the embedded Template will not be shown in the email.
