The Properties app of Apptivo allows you to perform bulk actions through which you can make changes to multiple properties at the same time. You can also bulk update the value in a field at a time. This includes updating values in both standard and custom created fields.
Steps to bulk update records
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Properties app. Now, go to any view from the left navigation panel.
- Here, we have selected the Show All view. Select the records whose value you want to update using Bulk Actions.
- The Bulk Actions button is enabled.
- Select the Bulk Actions dropdown and navigate to Update → Choose the section and value that you want to update. Here, we have chosen Property Information → Operations Rep.
- The Bulk Actions - Operations Rep. window comes into view. Here, search and select the employee to whom you would like to assign the records.
- On clicking the Update button, you will be notified that the values in the selected records are updated.
