The Cases app of Apptivo allows employees to manage all the tickets right from the mobile app. Also, it enables mobile app users to print the case information in PDF. Let’s go through the steps to print the case information in the Android version of Apptivo’s mobile application.
Steps to print case information
- Log into your Apptivo mobile app and go to the Cases app.
- You will be redirected to the Cases app. Now, select the desired view. Here Show All.
- From the Show All page, select the case whose information you want to print.
- On the Overview page, select the Ripple icon and click the Print PDF option.
- The selected case will be printed as a PDF.
