The Work Orders app of Apptivo allows you to change the names of the fields (also known as attributes) according to your business requirements. This renaming can be done using the Master Layout of the Work Orders app.
Steps to rename the field
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Work Orders app.
- In the Work Orders app, select More → Settings from the App Header.
- On the Settings page, go to Customize App → Master Layout from the left navigation panel.
- Select the field whose name you would like to edit. Here, Work Order #.
- Click on the Work Order # field to view the Inspector tab in the right panel. Here, you can change the name of the field in the Name section.
- We have renamed the field as Service Order #. Save the changes.
- Moving forward, the Work Order # field will appear as Service Order # while creating or editing the work orders.
