How to configure the leads amount in the Leads app of Apptivo?

The Leads amount field in the Leads app of Apptivo enables you to automatically roll up the amount from the value of the items added in the leads. You can also enter the value manually depending on the business purpose.

Steps to configure the lead’s amount

• Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Leads app. Here, select More → Settings from the App Header.

• On the Settings page, navigate to Leads → Leads Amount from the left navigation panel.
• On the Leads Amount page, you can choose to enter the value manually or roll it up from the items.

Scenario 1: Entering the value manually

When you select the option to enter the value manually, the Potential Amount field in the Leads app will display the total amount of items added in the Item of Interest table. However, it becomes editable and you can enter the value of your choice.

Consider, you have added certain items in the Item of Interest tab of a lead’s profile.

In the Overview page of that lead, the Potential Amount field will have the total value of the items.

However, this field is editable and you can add the value of your choice.

Scenario 2: Adding up the value of the items

When you select the option to roll up from the items, the Potential Amount field in the Leads app becomes uneditable and the sum of the amount of items added in the Items of Interest tab is pulled automatically in the field.

Consider, you have added certain items in the Item of Interest tab of a lead’s profile.

In the Overview page of that lead, the Potential Amount field will have the total value of the items.

However, this field is uneditable and you cannot add the value of your choice. This is because you have chosen the option to roll up the value from the Item of Interest tab. Here, the total value of items is $265 and it is displayed here.
