Apptivo apps allow redirecting to the Apptivo’s application directly through the URL links from the web version. With that, you will be directly redirected to the selected record on Apptivo’s iOS application.

Steps to View

• Locate the shared customer link from email on your iOS mobile device and click on it.

Note: Apptivo’s iOS application should be installed on your mobile device. If not, you can directly download it from the App Store.

• You will be redirected to the Customers app directly on the Apptivo’s iOS application.
