How to set the default view for iPhone?

Apptivo apps allow you to set the default view for any application present in your account. You can configure the default view from the web version of Apptivo and make that view as the default view for your iPhone for easy navigation. Additionally, you can easily set any view available in the left navigation panel as your default home page.
Steps to set the default view
- Login and access the Cases app from your web version and click on the More(…) icon and select settings.
- From the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select Views.
- On the View page, you can customize the views by selecting the any views under the Default Home Page View.
- Here, the Cases home page is selected and changes will be auto updated.
- Now, go to the Cases app from your iPhone.

- You will be directly view the newsfeed as default view.

- By clicking the back action, you will be redirected to the menu option.
- Similarly, if any of the sub view is selected as the default view, you can view the selected view as configured.
- For instance, if the By Status - New view is selected as the default view, you can view the list of new cases by navigating to the Cases app from the iPhone.
- Here, you can view the cases list, which are in new status as the Cases apps’ default view. You can also go to the menu by clicking on the back action.
