Cases app of Apptivo allows you to print the cases reports in bulk by using the Bulk Actions. With that, you can also customize the bulk print layout as Portrait, Landscape, or corresponding Layout. Based on this, the selected records will be printed on the bulk actions Print PDF.
Steps to follow
- Login and access the Cases app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(…) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select the Print/Web Layout.
- Here, you can view the Bulk print layout drop-down to select the layout.
- By selecting Portrait, all the cases will be printed in portrait mode even if the individual cases had a landscape template also it will be printed only in Portrait PDF.
- Similarly, it will work as a landscape layout as well.
- By selecting the corresponding layout, the cases will be downloaded based on the templates selected on the individual records. For example, if the 5 records are selected to bulk print, out of 5 records, 3 records are in portrait template and another 2 records is in Landscape template. Now, the downloaded PDF file will have both landscape and portrait layout of the case record in a single PDF.
- Here, the Corresponding template is selected.
- Now, go to the case's home page and select the records for bulk print.
- Click on the Bulk Actions and select the Print PDF.
- You can view the Portrait and Landscape on a single PDF file.
