The Orders app of Apptivo allows users to set their own criteria to convert an order. When the order record satisfies the condition mentioned, then the convert button will appear on the overview page.
Steps to Follow
- In the Orders app of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Select Security → Actions from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- The Convert action is listed in the Object category.
- You can set your own criteria to access the action. If the criteria satisfy in the order, the action will appear.
- Enable the toggle to set your own criteria for displaying the action.
- Select the set criteria button to set the condition for the convert button to be visible. Here, the condition is set to display the button only when the order status is changed to closed.
- On clicking update, the changes are saved.
- Now, when the order status is closed, the convert button will appear on the overview page of an order.
- Similarly, when the order status is not in closed status, the convert button will not appear on the overview page of an order.
