How to view the employees’ subordinates performance in the performance dashboard?

The Performance Dashboard of Opportunities App helps to get timely information on the opportunities’ amount of all the employees. However, this helps you to track the performance of the employee in the collateral dashboard effectively.

Steps to follow

• Login and access the Opportunities app from the universal menu.
• Click on the Performance under the Dashboard dropdown.

• Here, the dashboard will calculate the total opportunity amount of all the Employees in your organization.
• Expand All Opportunity drop-down and select the Employee Opportunities.
• While hovering the employee opportunities, you can view the hierarchical view of the employees based on their reporting.

• By selecting each employee, you can view the performance of the employee along with their respective reporting employee.
• For example, if you want to view the performance of the employee Albert Lynch, select the employee, and you can view the performance of Albert along with his reporting employee’s performances.
• Scroll down to view the detailed performance report of the employee.
