How do I redirect to the Apptivo apps directly from a URL in email?

Apptivo apps allow redirecting to the Apptivo’s application directly through the URL links from the web version. With that, you will be directly redirected to the selected record on Apptivo’s android application.

Let's consider the links from the Apptivo Customers app from the web version that are shared through email.

Steps to View

• Locate the shared customer link from email on your mobile device and click on it. You can view the Apptivo logo in the link open option.

Note: Apptivo’s Android application should be installed on your mobile device. If not, you can directly download it from the Google Play Store.

• By clicking on the Apptivo icon, you will be redirected to the Customers app directly on the Apptivo’s Android application.
